ORIGIN OF COOKIE INFERNO

Cookie Inferno was inspired by the divine comedy to be specifically the part titled “the inferno” most commonly known as “Dante’s inferno” a medieval epic. the story follows Dante as he ventures to the 9 circles of hell and sees the most shocking sights and gruesome acts of torture. The name of the business is meant to mislead people because in actuality inferno in the context of our business is the exact opposite of its literary inspiration, you will be shocked but not from gory sights rather by the diverse “heavenly” desserts we offer, instead of torture we do the opposite we pamper our customers with quality service.


NATURE OF BUSINESS

Cookie Inferno brings Food Business to a whole new level. As a team, Our target is to make sure that we make someone's day positively, specifically, to satisfy every customer's expectations from the products we serve daily to the public. Based on the business trends we see on social media platforms, there were barely any cookie businesses to be seen. We would love to grab this opportunity to bring cookies back to it's spotlight. But with a twist. This would help us to create a whole new trend, which would specifically, give a whole new level of cravings to the customers, especially for those who wanted to try a different type of dessert that hasn't been added to their taste buds. We are committed and ready to serve a sweet treat to the public, locally & internationally.

The goal of Cookie Inferno Company is to grow profitability, improve customer's loyalty, build a good reputation, and to sustain the business over the years. But most importantly is to bring joy and smile to every filipino that ever tastes our product.

Our business will forever be ingrained in the behavior that is "Filipino hospitality" characterized by kindness, excellent service and pampering. The business will strive to be a Filipino "familial icon" or the go to places of tight/knit communities to enjoy baked goods. Cookie inferno will strive to give our patrons a gastronomic experience for the ages by providing them with a unique, expansive and ever-changing menu. Cookie inferno wishes to minimize its plastic waste by 30% during its first 6 years being in business. Cookie inferno will work for a huge following online and a loyal clientele base.
